Analecta Romana Instituti Danici (ARID)

Analecta Romana Instituti Danici (ARID) is the Academy's international, peer-reviewed, and research-based journal. The first issue of ARID was published in 1960, a few years after the founding of the Academy.

Since 2008, the journal has been published both as an e-journal and in a traditional paper edition. The journal publishes studies within the Academy's main research areas: humanistic studies (ancient history, archaeology, philology, history, art history, literature, musicology, etc.), architecture, visual arts and musicology. ARID publishes articles in English, Italian, French and German.

The institute also occasionally publishes a monograph supplement series, ARID Supplementum.

Since 1997, the Nordic institutes in Rome have published research results from joint excavation projects under the series Occasional Papers of the Nordic Institutes in Rome (OPNIR).
